How do I know if my payment has been successful?
After successful payment, you will be sent an ‘Order Process’ email which includes your order details plus a download link. You can also check your own PayPal or Google Checkout account to see if payment has left your account.

How soon can I get my downloads?
You can download immediately after cleared PayPal payment and approx. 30 minutes after successful Google Checkout payment.

Can I pay via PayPal eCheque?
Yes, but payments made by PayPal echeque or PayPal bank transfer can take 5-7 days to clear. Once cleared, your downloads will be immediately available.

How do I get my downloads?
Downloads are available by logging into your musicforstrings.com account.

I’ve logged into my account – but where can I find my order history and download links?
Once you have logged into your musicforstrings.com account, navigate to the ‘My Orders’ Page. Here you can click on your order details – your download button(s) should then be at the bottom of the page.

I seem to have made a successful payment, but I haven’t received an ‘Order Process’ email.
Sometimes emails may arrive in your spam or junk mail folders. Please check these folders for emails from us.

How can I make sure that emails from musicforstrings.com will arrive in my inbox?
You may need to add sales@musicforstrings.com and info@musicforstrings.com to your list of email contacts.

How can I view the files I have downloaded?
Before being opened with Adobe Reader, the file(s) may need to be unzipped.

Help! I can’t log into my musicforstrings.com account…
Passwords and email addresses are CaSe SeNsiTiVe, so you will need to remember exactly how you entered these when you first signed up.

What happens if I’ve forgotten my password…
You can have your password reset and sent to the email address you used when you signed up. To do this, click on the ‘Password Forgotten’ button on the ‘My Account’ page. (https://www.musicforstrings.com/catalog/login.php )

Help! My new password doesn’t seem to work…
Try very carefully typing in your password into the password box exactly as it appears in your email, remembering that it is CaSe SeNsiTiVe.

If you are copying and pasting your password from your email, please check that you are not additionally pasting any blank spaces at the beginning or end of your new password.

How do I know if this product is downloadable or will be shipped to me by post?
Please check the item description on the relevant product page and your order details in your musicforstrings.com account.
Downloadable items have no postage charge. 
Presently, all sheet music on musicforstrings.com is available for download only.

How long does it take for shippable products to arrive?
It normally takes approx. 10 working days after dispatch for products to arrive at destinations. Please email us if you have any queries concerning specific orders, etc.
